The Royal Academy of Dance\u00a0offers a wide range of exams and assessments to motivate and reward students of all ages and abilities. Their focus is on creativity and musicality, with the Graded System (Primary to Grade 8)<\/strong> providing opportunities to progress and achieve.\u00a0All candidates who successfully pass an examination or award receive a certificate of achievement and a breakdown of their result. Some grades and awards also offer medals. The\u00a0Vocational Graded Syllabus\u00a0<\/strong>develops the technique, music and performance skills of the older ballet student to an advanced level, preparing them for a dance or dance-related career.<\/p>\nHere at TPDS, both Miss Fenton & Miss Meagan are Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teachers.\u00a0 By choosing an RAD Registered Teacher you are choosing quality, safety and professionalism.<\/p>\n

This means that you can be confident in their dance knowledge and teaching ability, including what is developmentally appropriate at every stage of a child\u2019s learning.<\/p>\n
