Studio

Our studio is located a 100+ year old historic building in Hillcrest Alberta. One of the 5 communities of the Crowsnest Pass.

Originally, the Burnett & Cruikshank Store. The store was built in 1913. In 1948 the store then became a grocery & dry foods store. The building has been Turning Pointe Dance Studios home for 10 years now.

Our studio has 3 studios; A, B & C.  We have a large office space located at the front of the building where families can register for classes, check-in with our office staff on what’s going on & view classes going on in Studio A & B.  We have a large dressing room with lockers for all dancers of all ages to use free of charge! These lockers were donated by the Crowsnest Pass Dance Festival Society. The dressing room contains cubbies for dance bags & hooks for coats. Across the hall from the dressing room are 2 bathrooms.

Located at the back of the building is our entrance for dancers & families. In our large waiting area there is ample seating for families to wait for their dancers. A homework/eating table for dancers & a fridge & microwave. Just off of the dressing room, we have a small dancewear store & area for our older dancers to do homework in a quiet space.
